This Subsidiary Information System (SIS) presents the group structure as a set of linked, searchable HTML pages. Everything is generated from Excel source data — there is no live database and no login.

Navigation

• Companies — searchable, sortable table of all active companies. Use the search box and the column filters; click a column header to sort.
• Divisions — the same companies grouped by division.
• Locations — every unique physical location across the group.
• Mandates — who holds which function/role in which company.
• More … — this hub, linking to special views, help and system info.

Company pages

Click a company name anywhere to open its detail page: master data, shareholders, subsidiaries, locations, functions & roles, and a preview of its ownership map. The full ownership map shows three tiers — shareholders, the company, and its subsidiaries — with clickable boxes to re-center on another company.

The pages are self-contained and work offline. Data is only as current as the last build; see System information for the build timestamp and the source files used.
